This adorable Appaloosa pony, foaled in 2001, has exceptional ground manners and and a sweet and gentle disposition. Lulu would make a wonderful family animal but no longer suitable for riding.

Again, we do not want to over use the phrase “it takes a village”, but…it does. Two friends, both devoted non-profits stood in our windy drive way with our ever adorable Appaloosa pony LuLu. After several months of meaningful dialog and planning, our friends at the Therapeutic Riding Center of Huntington Beach came to pick LuLu up for a visit. LuLu, who is the kindest, sweetest and gentlest pony that we know will be evaluated to ensure that she is a good fit for the children at TRC. Red Bucket is thrilled that this partnership with TRC will support their program and offer LuLu a meaningful and satisfying job….and a loving forever home. We love the possibility of supporting another very worthwhile non-profit, and finding LuLu a job where she will do what she does best….love back! We know that LuLu will also have the daily attention of our special friend Jamie Brandt, who clearly has benefited and flourished because of this wonderful program…and due to the magic of horse. Lots of love to LuLu and our TRC friends…we can’t wait for the updates!
